1. Submit a request
Submit a repair service request via firstname.lastname@example.org: Describe the problem and S/N NO. with your product, fill in your personal information.
2. Ship your product
You'll receive an email with shipping instructions after submitting your information. Follow the instructions to send the product to our service center. Inform the shipping company and tracking number via email@example.com to help us track and follow your return package.
3. Assessment and repair
The Labpano Service Center will assess your product and repair the product under warranty or send you a repair quotation if additional fees apply.
4. Receive your product
The Labpano Service Center will ship the repaired product back to your address and inform you the shipping company and tracking number via email. Please confirm via email firstname.lastname@example.org once you receive it.
How long does it take to repair my product?
It takes approx. 5-10 business days to repair your product.
How can I check the repair progress?
LABPANO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADJUST THE AFTER-SALES POLICY.
